I'd say they are 10-20 minutes each but it also depends on other factors like the complexity of the topic and how the instructor decided to break down the lessons so they are easily digested, some videos are less than 10 minutes and I've seen some videos that are like 40 minutes.

Yes I think its recommended for 3rd grade and up, one of my kids is in 4th grade and he likes it and is already coding his own games so yes 4th grade is not too young it can even be taken at 3rd grade
